The commitment to environmental stewardship and community responsibility continues to increase. To add action to this commitment, a team of Company environmental professionals has been created to recommend actions to the Company Leadership Team. They also provide leadership for developing, implementing, and auditing to be sure operations meet or exceed the high standards set by the Company. Environmental training is required annually for each leader and it is included in training and retraining of all employees. Environmental and community goals and action plans are also part of the business training plans for each leadership and operating team of the Company.
